The sixty-eighth session of the Commission on the Status of Women took place from March 11 to 22, 2024. WIN actively participated in the session, presenting the 10th anniversary of Cities for CEDAW, which it led. Representatives of Member States, UN entities, and accredited NGOs gathered to discuss gender equality, poverty reduction, and institutional strengthening with a gender perspective. As a key global forum, CSW continued shaping policies and promoting women’s empowerment. WIN’s involvement highlighted its commitment to advancing women’s rights and fostering impactful change.
